Joiner Plumbing

I cannot express my thanks for Joiner Plumbing today. I had a water leak outside my home and had the water turned off to the house. I called them in early in the morning and the lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and calming. Justin called me back later and said he would be at my home in a half-hour. He arrived promptly, listened to my concerns, kept me abreast of all the steps they were taking to look for the leak, let me know what needed to be done to fix the leak, carefully removed parts of my driveway and had my water running again quickly. Justin and his apprentice cleaned up the area where they had worked so well you would not know that there was a leak there a few hours previously! Thank you so much! I would highly recommend Joiner Plumbing and especially Justin!

Dustin did an amazing job! He was prompt with his arrival time. He handled everything professionally. He was very receptive to my questions and was willing to educate me on the process of unclogging my sewer pipes. He even went the extra mile to add new supports to my pipes where the previous ones had collapsed. Everything’s working great again! Now, I feel stress free and I didn’t feel overcharged in the slightest. I couldn’t recommend a better plumber and plumbing company than Dustin and Joiner Plumbing. You guys rock!😄

Amazing service! They really helped me out and were genuine. They didn’t try to take advance. Chris was amazing and was really knowledgeable. I 100% recommend Joiner Plumbing.

Plumber arrived promptly and got right to work. It was a somewhat difficult task but the young man worked diligently until the repair was completed. I Googled the issue while he was here working and they were within the cost range that I was seeing online.

Chris (Joiner Plumbing Pell City): I got the job done by another company. I was assigned Chris upon request to do an install for me as he had done satisfactory work before for me. I called (Chris) numerous times for 2 weeks and you gave me nothing but excuses as to why you could not come and do the job. Also, I think you were very rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional in your customer service and your tone. Bottomline, the way you acted did not represent the Joiner Plumbing Company in a good manner. In fact, you tarnished Joiner's good reputation. I'm not happy about this. I am very disappointed!!!

Joiner Plumbing really need more help!! I got their phone number from a friend I graduated with for my son. My son waited 3-4 days for someone to show up- they never called my son to fix the problem or show up- they finally said they only had 2 people working. Therefore after 4 days my son told them not to worry- and he found someone else.

I had to call them twice the first time they finally came out. They “called me and left a voicemail”. No voicemail! I checked my phone. Plus i kept my phone with me since i had no water. Then the soldering they finally did, didn’t last two weeks. Now its been three days and I'm still waiting. They haven’t called or anything and i made the appointment with a live person again..
